 EXCHANGE OR RETURN 

We thoroughly check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment/accessory is packaged carefully.

You may return any purchased faulty item for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date of when the item has been received.

We do not offer a refund or exchange for incorrect sizing. Please contact atlas@gailsorronda.com with any queries regarding size.

There is no exchange or refund on sale items.

Please contact us immediately if you intend to exchange or return your item within 7 days of the date of delivery either via email at atlas@gailsorronda.com or phone on +61 (0) 422 401 426.

We will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). We will not accept any returns without a RA Number. Unfortunately we can not exchange or refund if we are notified after the 7 day period. 

Items must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered, dry-cleaned or washed and all swing tags must remain in place.

When returning Goods: Please enclose

a) RA Number

b) Your receipt

As we're are quite nomadic, the Gail Sorronda postal address will be included with the RA Number.

Once we have received the item back we will endeavour to replace (or provide a refund) for you ASAP, you will be notified via email once your item has been sent.

SHIPPING

Shipping within Australia is via Australia Express post satchels, this is not covered by insurance and does not guarantee next day delivery. If you require your item to be insured please email atlas@gailsorronda.com and we can make alternative arrangements. 

International shipping is via registered airmail, this is approximately 5 - 10 days delivery, we charge $20.00 AUD for the first item and $10.00 AUD for each additional item. 

Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following working business day.
